 Jessica joined the Alpha Chapter of Alpha Omega Epsilon in the Fall of 1994. While at Marquette she served as Treasurer, President, and Secretary of the Chapter. She worked five terms as a co-op at an aerospace company in Rockford, IL. She graduated with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 1999 and then moved to Raleigh, NC to begin graduate school at North Carolina State University, home of the Gamma Chapter. While at NCSU, Jessica worked as a summer intern at IBM and was hired under a National Science Foundation grant to bring engineering into math and science classrooms at a local middle school. Upon graduating with an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Jessica took a job as a civilian with the Navy in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Jessica held the position of IEB Treasurer from 2002-2004 before being elected President in 2004 and 2006. She has also served on several international committees. In her spare time Jessica enjoys hiking, swimming, working out, going to the Symphony, and watching hockey and football.
 Lindsay helped start the Alpha Omega Epsilon colony at the University of Virginia in 2003. Lindsay immediately became actively involved in the colony, serving as Vice President from 2003-2004 and as President from 2004-2005. As President, Lindsay successfully saw the colony into becoming the Pi Chapter of Alpha Omega Epsilon while finishing her fourth year at the University of Virginia. Lindsay graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering in May 2005. After graduating, she took a job with Televate, LLC, a telecommunications consultaning firm, as a Radio Frequency Engineer in Washington DC. Lindsay currently lives in Alexandria, VA with a fellow founding member of the Pi chapter, Rachel Jennings. When she is not working and being involved with AΩE, Lindsay enjoys watching TV and movies, traveling, hanging out with friends, reading, being involved with her church, and spending time with family.
 Marie is the latest Alumna to hold the office of the IEB Secretary. She graduated from Marquette University in 2003 with a degree in civil engineering, which makes her an Alumna of the Alpha Chapter. She lives and works in the Milwaukee area which she loves. She works for HNTB as a stormwater engineer; so when water falls from the sky she tries to figure out where it should go. She and her husband just bought their first home. She is very excited to do her part to help AΩE maintain its strong roots while continuing to grow and prosper.  Natasha joined the Delta chapter of Alpha Omega Epsilon in the Fall of 1997. She maintained active involvement in the sorority as Secretary, Vice President and Membership Educator. She also spent a term as President of MSOE's Greek Council. In May of 2002, Natasha graduated with a B.S. in Construction Management. She works for M.A. Mortenson Co., a large general construction company based in Minneapolis, MN, as a field engineer working in the Energy group. In her spare time Natasha enjoys music/arts, scrapbooking, working out, travel, spending time with friends and her involvement with Church. Natasha is serving her second term as the IEB Treasurer and is looking forward to continuing to contribute to establishing the financial integrity and growth of the sorority.
 Melissa (aka Missy) Olson graduated from the Alpha chapter at Marquette University in May 1999. As an active, she held many executive board positions, her favorite being Membership Educator. Since then, she has moved back to the Chicago area and works as a project manager for Motorola in Schaumburg. On the International AΩE front, she has served as the Members Relations co-chair for a few years and has stayed active with the Alpha chapter. She graduated from DePaul University with her Masters in Telecommunication in June 2003. With the time consuming task of graduation behind her, she is ready to roll as the new ICR.
 Jessica (better known by sisters as Vargas) helped to start the Zeta Chapter of Alpha Omega Epsilon at Syracuse University in 1997. During her membership, she served as Assistant Membership Educator, Membership Educator, Vice President, President, and Corresponding Secretary. Her major was Computer Engineering, and she completed the cooperative education program by working at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD. After graduation in 1999, Jessica took a job with Motorola in Arlington Heights, IL as a GSM firmware engineer in the Global Telecom Solutions Sector. After marrying her husband, Tirtha, they moved to Plano, Texas where she transferred to the Fort Worth Motorola. For a short time, she worked for Enfora, LP as a software engineer for wireless modems. In 2005, Jessica returned to the Chicago area to work for Motorola again, this time in Mobile Devices in Libertyville, IL. Other than work, Jessica enjoys traveling, watching TV and movies, spending time with family and pets.
 Jen joined the Gamma chapter of Alpha Omega Epsilon in 2003 where she immediately became involved. She served as the Membership Educator and as the Expansion and Sisterhood committee chairs. Jen graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering - Structural concentration from NC State University in May 2004. After graduation, she moved to Greensboro, NC to begin her career as a Structural Engineer. Jen continued her involvement with the Sorority after graduating by serving on the International Expansion Committee. Currently, Jen is pursuing a MCe from NC State University while continuing to work. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, running, cooking, traveling, and watching college football (Go Pack!).
 Michelle Kusel graduated from the Alpha Chapter at Marquette University in May 2003 with a degree in Industrial Engineering Management. She currently lives in the Chicagoland area and works for Motorola as a recruiter for University Relations. She has served as the Members Relations co-chair from 2003-2005 as well as the Convention Chair for the 2005 Convention held in Vancouver, British Columbia and the 2006 Convention held in Chicago, Illinois. She is also the Alumna Advisor for the Mu Chapter at Northern Illinois University. She is very excited to give back to AΩE by serving on the executive board.
